The second week was a really busy one in terms of general school work, so I couldn't give as much time to my initial planning of my film as I had wanted to. But I did begin my script!
I downloaded Celtx and managed to do a very rough draft for the full film in one period.
This proved slightly difficult because of my film being a music video, and therefore not having any dialogue.
It's also hard because my ideas keep changing all the time, depending on what I want to do and what I can actually do in reality.
But other than that, not really any progress.
Two weeks down, seventeen to go.
The notes and preparations for the filming of a music video for The Bomb Song by Darwin Deez, that I am creating for media 1/2.

Week One
To be perfectly honest I feel slightly like I'm cheating on this project, because I've had this idea rolling about in my head for about 2 years. Which I expect is quite a bit longer than everyone else in my class' ideas, but never mind.
In the first week that we were given the assignment, basically all I did was ask Leask if my existing idea would suit the theme of "Freedom". And he said yes, so all was well.
I did face the problem of whether or not I wanted to work with other people though. And the more I thought about "sharing" my film with others, the less I liked it. I'm a control freak, I don't want to end up potentially either letting someone "work" but not actually do anything, or have someone else want to input and then try to argue whether it fits with my original plan or not. Just much more simple to work alone I decided.
One week down, eighteen to go!
